Both our continuous-row lighting systems and Giovenzana products are high-quality, durable industrial products. Nevertheless, defects can occur over time.
Whatever the reason why one of our products is no longer fully functional, we will be happy to help you.
We can provide you with spare parts and repair services to quickly restore the full functionality of your systems.
Spare parts
If you need replacement or extension parts for Giovenzana items, we will be happy to help you. We stock a wide range, including for older models, and many parts are available immediately. The easiest way is to tell us the article number. In an emergency, a photo can also help.
We offer rechargeable batteries for our lighting control units for replacement. We recommend replacing the batteries every 3 years to ensure optimum performance.
Other spare parts in the LED range are also available on request.
Repair services
In the interests of sustainability, we are happy to help you repair our products. Repairs often make sense, especially for longer LED strips. For a flat rate, we can carry out the repair for you or supply you with a suitable repair kit.
